At the annual Mass Maple Association picnic, a blind taste test of members' syrup was part of the program. We submitted a
quart of our medium amber syrup for the group to taste. Written comments included, "Good complexity," "Great flavor!" and "Yummy!"
We bought a gallon of maple syrup to send to my Dad last year. The bonus was that they are so easy to work with over the phone. I'm buying another gallon to send south again this year. I highly recommend Cranston's.
